1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bb88ee", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bb88ee platform and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses bb88ee.
• "Account" — the registered member account created by a player on bb88ee.
• "Platform" — the bb88ee website, including all games, sportsbook markets, payment pages, and associated services available at bb88ee.bet.
• "Balance" — the total real-money BDT funds held in a player's account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by bb88ee under specific terms, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable balance.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using bb88ee is prohibited by local law.
• "Verification Documents" — identity and address documents requested by bb88ee as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account with bb88ee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any bb88ee service.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be accessing bb88ee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by bb88ee or agreed voluntarily by you through any responsible gaming tool.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not have had a previous bb88ee account that was suspended or terminated for a violation of these terms.

bb88ee reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without providing a reason for the refusal.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your bb88ee account, whether for betting, depositing, withdrawing, or any other purpose.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bb88ee support immediately at [email protected].
• bb88ee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• bb88ee may temporarily suspend your account to investigate any suspected security breach or unusual account activity.
• Accounts must not be used for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling. Commercial use, syndicate betting, and automated betting systems are prohibited.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

bb88ee accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit limit may vary by payment method and account tier.

• Deposits are processed in real time for all supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking business days to reflect in your account balance.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• bb88ee does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed as approved on the Payments page of this website.
• bb88ee reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals of deposited funds.
• Deposits made in error (incorrect amount, wrong recipient reference) must be reported to bb88ee support within 24 hours. bb88ee will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such cases but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bb88ee are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to verification of identity and payment method ownership. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
• Before processing any withdrawal, bb88ee may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document.
• bb88ee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard limits or that are flagged for unusual activity.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• bb88ee reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected. In such cases, relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bb88ee offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

• Bonuses are available to verified players who are aged 21 or above and are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of ×20 (twenty times the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10%-20%. Sportsbook bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• bb88ee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend an account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bb88ee bonus funds, or any form of exploitative wagering pattern — is detected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• bb88ee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bb88ee are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. bb88ee does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted, except where a manifest error has occurred (see Section 8).
• bb88ee reserves the right to limit the stake size, suspend markets, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including during live (in-play) events.
• Odds and prices are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the wager.
• In the event of a cricket match (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or any Bangladesh Tigers series) being abandoned, suspended, or significantly altered in format, bb88ee will settle bets in accordance with the official result or, where no official result is available, in accordance with the published cricket betting rules.
• Winnings from casino games are subject to the game provider's certified RTP (Return to Player) rates. bb88ee does not manipulate or override these rates.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to exploit vulnerabilities in any bb88ee game or sportsbook market. Exploitation of any kind will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Errors and Manifest Mistakes

bb88ee strives to maintain accurate odds, prices, game outcomes, and account balance information at all times. However, in the event of a manifest error, the following policy applies:

• A "manifest error" means an obvious and blatant mistake, such as incorrectly stated odds that are materially different from the true market price, a game malfunction that produces an impossible outcome, or a technical error resulting in an incorrect balance display.
• bb88ee reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds, reverse any transaction resulting from a technical error, and correct any incorrectly credited balance — regardless of whether the error was made by bb88ee, a game provider, or a data feed supplier.
• bb88ee will notify affected players of any material correction applied to their account as a result of an error resolution.
• Players who knowingly exploit an obvious error — including placing large volumes of bets at prices clearly outside the normal market range — may have their accounts suspended and winnings voided.

9. Responsible Gaming

bb88ee is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively promotes responsible gambling practices among all registered players. The following tools are available free of charge to every bb88ee account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications when you have been logged in and active for a set period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from betting for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing your account permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, bb88ee will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from accessing your account.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up messages reminding you of how long you have been playing and your net session profit or loss.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bb88ee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• bb88ee uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform.
• Personal data is used for account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and the provision of personalised gaming services.
• bb88ee does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bb88ee. Violation of any item in this list may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using bb88ee while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account, whether using your own or another person's identity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption — including placing bets based on inside information.
• Attempting to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds obtained through illegal activity (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate unfair winnings.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic multi-accounting, account farming, or coordinated wagering designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bb88ee staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing bb88ee using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bb88ee's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bb88ee is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect losses, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• bb88ee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect availability.
• bb88ee is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, or Ezugi. Any disputes relating to game outcomes must be directed to bb88ee support, who will liaise with the relevant provider.
• Nothing in these terms limits bb88ee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bb88ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bb88ee will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notice within the platform informing registered players of the changes.
• Where the changes materially affect your rights or obligations, provide a reasonable notice period before the updated terms take effect.

Your continued use of bb88ee following the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using bb88ee and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

• First step: Contact bb88ee support at [email protected] and describe your complaint in detail. bb88ee aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
• Second step: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by support, you may escalate the matter by formally submitting a written dispute to bb88ee's disputes team via the same email address, marked "Formal Dispute".
• Third step: If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 calendar days of formal escalation, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process as notified by bb88ee at the time of escalation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
